Hi, I’m Kevin and I’m super smart, sweet, AND handsome! I’m the whole package! I’m athletic and already learning some commands like “sit” and “off” within two weeks of being with my foster family. I think dog sports or hiking would be fun for my active legs and brain. Even though I have a lot of puppy energy now, I also like calmly being held on the couch for quiet snuggle time. As I get older, I think I’ll strike that balance of adventure buddy and couch potato well, making me a well rounded companion. I love to play with my brother and one active foster sister, however I’m also learning boundaries and body language signals from my lower energy senior foster sister and my cat foster brother. When I get excited I get the cutest little hiccups. My house training is coming along very nicely. (Did I mention I’m really intelligent?!) I’m really good in my crate although I’m still being crated with my brother so I may still need some practice building my confidence being in there alone. I’m good in the car and settle after just a few minutes, making me an excellent adventure buddy and I love being held and meeting new people, including kids, and am not shy at all. Because my paws are so big, I’m probably going to grow really big, so I need a family that will still love me and be able to accommodate my size no matter how much I grow. I could adapt to lots of different households and would be the perfect addition to your family.
