This beautiful girl has been terrified & shaking in the back of her kennel since June 20th. It took all this time for her to build up enough courage to trust two girls who literally saved her life. CeCe needed a very special foster & a very special dog to give her confidence & be the bridge to trusting humans and the world again. CeCe has been blessed with both! She even has a special godmother looking out for her. We will give this girl, this diamond in the rough everything she'll need to flourish & be the happy confident cuddle bug we know she really is.
